Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at ezeekatshop@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase and provide photographic proof of damage and/or misprint to qualify for a replacement.
Please note that replacements are only possible for apparel that arrive damaged or misprinted, not for simple size or color issues due to the print-on-demand nature of the products. The supplier determines whether or not a product is eligible.
If we determine that your request for replacement will likely be approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our acknowledgment will not be accepted.
In the case of apparel, which will be sent to the supplier, after they have received, inspected the product, and notified us, we will then also notify you on whether a replacement was approved.
A replacement order will only be issued after products have been returned to the supplier and approved with Standard new order processing time will apply.
